New release: significant improvements

We have been working on this for quite some time, and are thrilled to share it with you: our latest release! It contains everything you have come to know and appreciate, but with some extra features and improvements. Our developments never stop, and we want to thank all of our users for their continuous feedback that improve C_passport® and C_dashboard® as we all work towards the transition to a circular economy. In this article, you’ll read all about the latest changes and how to work with them.

#1: Supply chain information

One of the more significant additions to your Cirmar experience, is the addition of supply chain information to C_passport®.

You can add locations and their respective roles in the supply chain, as well as the GLN-number, that uniquely identifies the location in line with GS1-standards.

#3: Adding multiple images to your C_passport®

We expanded the amount of images you can add to your C_passport®. In the example above – an e-bike – it is interesting to show more than one image for the product in question. That holds true for many products, which is why you can now add up to three.

#3: Calculating and showing the % of recycled content

It’s one of the center pieces of C_passport®: the material composition. We added an important piece of data – the percentages of recycled and virgin content. You don’t have to do anything to unlock this feature, the system automatically calculates the percentages based on the material composition of products.

#4: Additional data fields

We added some very important data fields to C_passport®. Firstly: warranty period, in which you can indicate either the mandatory or extended warranty period of products.

The second datapoint we added, is impact of use. For many products, the impact of material use and the end of use is most relevant, but we recognise the need for more in-depth information about the impact associated with the use of products. That is why you can now separately enter that data.
