Cirmar is part of COAST’s Community of Practice – Circular Economy. Together with producing and recycling companies, as well as knowledge institutes and other circular economy practicioners, we are striving towards a common goal: increasing the use of reused and recycled materials. On the 27th of September, we organised a webinar in which Dijkstra Plastics share their experiences with the use of recycled content. We used this opportunity to discuss their hurdles and challenges together with experts from the field. If you’re interested in our findings, you can watch the full webinar through the recording below.
The transition towards a Circular Economy can be accelerated in many ways. Better product design, improved analytics and scalable end of use solutions for products are just some of the keys to unlock circular potential. Digital Product Passports (DPPs) are Cirmar’s way of contributing to an accelerated transition, in which we can make use of the earth’s resources more responsibly, and improve the way we make and use products.
Getting started with DPPs can seem like a big ask. Where do you find the data? And how do you implement large amounts of DPPs? That’s where we can help out. The first steps are easily made using C_passport® by Cirmar. All you need to know is what materials are used to create products, and their end of use solutions.
